Overall Purpose:

Essential Functions: 

  • Build and maintain key relationships with fiduciary committees for the retirement plans we serve. 
  • Effectively utilize resources available (internal experts, materials, etc) to consistently communicate our uncommon offering and its advantages over our competitors. 
  • Ensuring CRM is updated with changes to fiduciary committees 
  • Ensure all services are delivered on time and always with the highest level of excellence 
  • Achieve and maintain an established target for Net Promoter Score (NPS) 
  • Passing referral leads to the sales team 
  • Passionately pursue the Purpose of the firm and live our Core Values 
  • Ability to travel 1 -2 nights (for in-person quarterly client meetings, appx. 2 trips per quarter).
